Coney Island has been serving hot dogs for over 100 years. That should say it all. I absolutely love coming here and haven my entire life. The service is quick. The hotdogs are fantastic. The booths are floors are worn out from the enormous business they dog. It’s not a bad thing. Every time a go I think about the generation that have passed through and the stories those booths and walls could tell. If you have been there I don’t need to explain. If you have not been it’s a must go!
Amazing place simple but amazing food. It's a landmark. A must visit if you're in the area for the first time and you like hot dogs.. but they have plenty of other options too.. but seriously try the hot dogs.
Know what you want, say it clear, and if you like raw onion, always get "the works." It's been around for 107 years for a reason. Stop in, put something on the REAL jukebox, carve or sharpie your name into a booth (NOT on the bar side booths), and enjoy world class chili dogs while you see how far back you can find initials and dates from patrons past.
Can’t go wrong! Coney Island is a local favorite and classic. Unbelievable how busy they can get and how quick they’re able to put your order together. A+++. Highly recommended if you haven’t been there before
Love it! This place looks like it hasn't changed in 50 years. Amazing hot dogs. Great prices. Expect a line when they open, but it's worth it.
George would be really proud of Coney Island restaurant. The standard hot dog in 2025 March is $2.57. With the extras for every single topping.
